Ok, I've been asked to make the mini deviled egg cakes for THIS weekend....and I cannot find the mini egg cake pan anywhere! Anybody have any ideas on what I should do next?

Do you have an egg cookie cutter? If you could use that to cut out your egg shapes from a one layer cake then you could go from there.

I ended up using the mini heart pan and shaping the eggs by cutting off one of the "bumps" on the heart. Not perfect, but it's working!
