Need a recipe to make good tasting fondont and tips on how to use. Never used it before. Thanks!

Welcome to Cake Central.

There are several recipes for fondant in the recipe section. All are similar. Which ever recipe you use, hold back some of the powdered sugar. The moisture and humidity can vary, and you won't want too add so much sugar the fondant is dry and cracks.
