I am wondering how to fingure in the exttra cost of covering wedding cakes with fondant. I have a wedding cake order for 4 tiers, 6', 10", 14" and 16". How should I figure my cost for the fondant? She already knows there will be an extra cost for the fondant, so I want to show the amount seperate. Any help, suggestions would be appreciated.
I charge an extra 20% for fondant. There is a separate line for this on the invoice. If the RF is colored (bright red, black etc), I chareg 30-36% extra.
