I've asked this question a few days ago but I really didn't get an answer.
I have an order for a wedding cake. The bride wants IMBC but then she wants me to use black icing for the details on the cake...like scroll work etc.
Will the black icing bleed onto the IMBC??? I plan on making the scroll work out of buttercream instead of the IMBC .
Your best bet is to make a small practice cake and do a trial run. Then you would know for sure!
I know what IMBC is, but what is IMCH in the title?
