I have some Chocopan and I came across somewhere that said it is good for 6 months. I was going to use some the other day but I know it has been closer to 1 year that I have had it but I don't see an expiration date on it. It has never been open, does fondant go bad?

As long as it hasn't dried out, it should be fine. I would taste it to be sure it hasn't developed any odd flavors, but it should be 'safe' to use.
