Does anyone know how to attach the top drawer of the tackle box pictured in the link below? I cannot see anything holding it up. This will be a cake that the client is transporting so I need it to be very sturdy.

I tried to PM the original designer of the cake, but no response.

TIA

She explains in the comments of her picture how she did it. Not the clearest explanation, but hopefully it helps you some.

It's a cute cake! In her comment, she says that she used gumpaste and gave it awhile to dry, so that it would be extremely hard, using only the 2 side vertical strips to hold up the top.

I would use either gumpaste or thin wood strips (maybe the tounge depressors would work??).

HTH! Good luck with yours!
