I asked dh today how he would feel if I did some cake decorating without being legal until I could jump through all the hoops. We were talking about CA and the fact that it's a sue-happy state and such. So he told me that he doesn't think it's that simple. One of his ideas was that I could buy the undecorated cakes from a grocery store and then decorate them myself, since cake decorating is about the actual decorating and not the cake. I wanted to roar with laughter, but I just gave him a little smile and decided I would laugh with you guys instead
