Hi there, I am from the uk and very new to cake decorating but having a great time doing it. I keep reading things about imbc and smbc but have no idea what it is, can someone please fill me in and also post a fab tasting recepie for both so i can try them out. icon_smile.gif

IMBC- Italian merengue butter cream
