I'm making a flavored fondant and want a really strong flavor. How much flavoring do you usually use for one batch of MMF?

I've only used the Lorann strawberry flavoring, and I used the whole tiny bottle. It was enough to give it a good flavor.

I have never gotten a really strong flavor from the oils.. I would just keep adding until you get what you want.. you might have to do a test batch so you will know how much oil flavoring you will need.. I have been using the Wedding bouquet flavoring to flavor my fondant you dont need very much at all and I add it with the liquid when making the fondant HTH
