What does renting space in a commercial kitchen entail? Do you still have to have licenses and the like?

I'm not sure about GA., but in Alabama you have to have a license, health permit and insurance in your name. However some counties differ. Best bet is to call the health department and dept. of arig. to find out the rules for your county/state.
