Ok you guys have been great help so far. As some of you know I'm doing a golf decorated cake for sunday. I have to ice the cake in whipped cream. My question is can I use buttercream to decorate? I wanted to make grasss and I dont know if the whipped cream will hold up with butter cream on top. Can I also do a river made out of piping gel and not completely destroy the whipped cream? Any advice?
