Help guys this cake I'm doing for my mates Bday is driving me crazy! icon_rolleyes.gif I am doing a shoebox cake and have made the lid out of fondant which I left to dry out and it has, but I need to put it on the cake, finish the deco on top and refridgerate till tomorrow then take it out and it won't be refridgerated again, will the fondant hold up? Will it stay dried out or go floppy again? I don't want to leave it to last minute to put it on!
TIA
P.S. It is Michelle Fosters fondant

I would think that putting it IN the fridge is the thing that will cause the problem NOT leaving it out! Good luck!

I see no reason to refrigerate that will just add moisture to it. Fondant is suppose to dry.

Agreed. Just leave it out and put it on the cake right before you deliver.
