Those look pretty cool! Just wondering how hard they are . . . would it be like biting into a little chunk of rock candy?

Global Sugar Art does sell the mold for the edible jewels/gems. Fancyflours says that there clear ones anyway are isomalt, which I've read is fairly easy to use.
Global Sugar Art is sold out of the mold that makes the small one, but it's an option and much cheaper than buying them premade!
