Dear cc friends i have a question and I need your help? I need to make 300 cookies for a wedding, (my wedding) the wedding it's in August 16. How far ahead can I make them without them spoiling? and also how far ahead can I make the cake? I want the cake to be as fresh as possible.
Can you guys help me with this? I really need to know. I would be so grateful for your help. thankyou.
You can make the cookie batter now and freeze the balls to be baked later, the cakes too can be baked and frozen well wrapped.
