Can you mold anything w/ modeling chocolate and can you cover cakes in it? Also can you airbrush it?

You can make things out of it and cover a cake with it, but I am not sure about the airbrushing. Since it has so much oil in it I'm sure you'd have to use special paints or it might bead up on you. Hopefully someone can answer who has experience.

Modelling chocolate is nice to model with because you can rub out seams easily unlike with fondant and gumpaste.
