Fondant looks so great, but no one I make cakes for likes the chewiness. Don't you guys have that problem?

I can't sell that stuff to anybody. I got my first fondant cake order today. And I think that's only because I told her it would be required for a particular design aspect. Nobody wants it. They avoid it like the plague.

I just had a fondant order. She knew everyone was going to peel it off but she didn't care. She wanted it for the look.
