YAY, I am SO excited. I just made the first calls to get my home kitchen licensed. I know just making the call isn't a big feat, but I'm really anxious to get it all started. According to the woman I spoke with, I could be up and running within 2 months at the most!!!

Okay...I knew you all would understand the excitement. Everyone else is just thinking I'm crazy...though they wouldn't be too far off, I AM crazy, I'm excited over this.
