I'm wanting to try and start making the gerber daisies. What kind of cutters would you recommend me getting?

I got the PME cutters, the set of 3. It both cuts and impresses the pattern.

What about the center of the flowers? Do you need another tool to make them?

I purchased the set of FMM cutters, which work fine, but I recently used a friends cutters that are plungers and they worked so much nicer for me:
