I know markets differ from place to place and all, but I just thought I'd get some opinions. Do you think that $900 a month is too much for a commercial space? I think it's 2400 sq feet. However, I would have to install the kitchen myself as it does not have one currently.

I think thats a really good price, but it depends on your area. I pay $3000 a month for my 2000 sq ft and that doesn't include gas, trash, or electricity.

depends on your area, but I live in rural NC and the going rate is about that. If you have that in Rome, GA, which I don't remember being rural, I'd say jump on it. icon_smile.gif
