I've made a couple of chocolate cakes, but know matter how careful I am a t icing them I always get cake in the icing.... I was just wondering if there is a icing trick I don't know about.... So any advice will be greatly appreciated...Thanks
Stick it in the freezer for a few hours even longer if possible. Once out of freezer, crumb coat then put in fridge for a few hours to complete thaw then take out and frost. It works for me.
