Does anyone know how far in advance you can make a frozen buttercream transfer. I would like to make it a few days ahead of time, the instructions say they have made it 24 hrs prior , I would like to make it further ahead than that. Any experience in this????

The earlier I make a FBCT the better. If a cutsomer orders early enough I'll make it at least 7 days in advance.

FYI-make sure to cut your wax paper as close to the same size as the transfer. It makes it much easier to pull off without disturbing the crusted cake icing.

Good luck!

You can make it up to 10 days in advance without any trouble at all. Good luck
