I have to make bavarian filling for a cake on Saturday - how far in advance can I make it? Does it last for awhile in the fridge???? TIA!

I don't like to make it no more than a day, or two ahead. Under ideal conditions it will keep about a week. So my thinking is you make it two days ahead, that only leaves the customer 3-5 days life in that cake. That's if it's not left out in the heat.
