I'm looking for some ideas for an Indy cake, for an 8 year old boy's birthday. I was thinking perhaps some chocolate transfers. But I need an "adventure" type scene for a theme. I can't find much in the galleries, help please!!!TIA

You could do the Ark of the Covenant.

Or just do the box it was shipped in.

Or a jungle-y type theme, with his hat and whip sitting in the grass or hanging on a tree branch. Or even a 3D of his hat, with the whip coiled around it or next to it.

Or an open book decorated like a page from his dad's "grail diary".
(3rd movie)

Or there's always a big snake, with the words "Why'd it have to be snakes?" along with"Happy Birthday"

If you can make the gumpaste people -- I think Indy running down hill from the big rock (like the sports ball pan) would be hilarious.

Do fondant/gumpaste figures. Use the Indiana Jones Legos game or Legos for inspiration on the images.

Best of luck. Can't wait to see the final cake.
