I stumbled across a new cake supply store. It's called Confectioner's Wares (www. confectionerswares. com). They are located in NC and are SUPER friendly! I had to call last week to ask some questions. They have the best customer service and fast shipping. Plus, their prices are pretty good. They are pretty new (just went online in October). If you need something that you don't see on their website, they'll be happy to order it for you. Just thought I'd share since I've had such a good experience with them.
