Well I made my first cake last night....and didn't even think about looking over the recipe I have for BC before trying it. Got to making the iciing and it says 2lbs of BC....well I don't have a scale, and I am a horrible judge at things. So I put in 4 cups of icing, it looked right and iced the cake.
Well little to say, my icing didn't crust and tasts like cr*p! Its almost like pure crisco! lol
So how many cups is in 2lbs of icing sugar (non sifted)
4 cups in 1 lb.
