My Grandmothers 90th birthday is in Aug. and I asked to do a cake. She loves butterflies and hummingbirds. So, I would like to put them on her cake. But I am not sure how to do them. I would like to make them look as real as I can. Can someone help me with this? I have been decorating cakes as a hobby for 15 years but never used fondant or gum paste. And was thinking that this maybe the way to go, not sure. Thank you Kimmberlyjean

the jem cutters are really good for butterflies, not sure if they do hummingbirds. i would use gumpaste, try to check out some of the online tutorials regarding this, they are very helpful.
