Hi Everyone,

I have to do 35 winnie-the-pooh CTs for cupcakes which are due next Tuesday night July 22.

How early can i start making the CTs. Say if i start doing them tonight, will they crack when i put them on the cuppies next Tuesday. Since i work full-time, i only have the evenings and this weekend to finish the 35 CTs.

Pls advise how efficiently i can get these done.

Thank you.

I've made mine up to a week in advance. You must try to keep them at a constant temperature though - chocolate will bloom easily if it gets too hot/cold too many times. Hope that helps!

What do you mean by constant temperature? Care to explain.

I was planning to put them in the freezer.

Do NOT freeze chocolate transfers, you will ruin them. They will be fine at room temperature of around no more than 70F. Hope that helps
