i have cookies that are going to be eaten on Sat. and Sun. i made the cookie dough tonight and it is in the fridge. I was wondering can i cutout the shapes I need and place them in the freezer?
If I can how should i package them, ziploc bag or tupaware container?

I am going to be making 80 cookies in two patches of 40. i am going to bake of Wednesday, should i refreeze them to decorate on thursday and friday or can I just store them in the fridge?

Any help will be great. i know there are a lot of posts about freezing cookies, but I just wanted an answer for myself.
