Has anyone seen these before?
I thought the chocolate curls might be made with something like a orange zester. Can you even use a zester on chocolate?
If not, how do you think they were made? I've never seen any so thin. They look like ramen noodles or something.

My guess is using a potato peeler on very thin chocolate bar, (maybe the side of one of those hershey's bars) or chocopan in a clay gun, but it looks more chocolate than any kind of fondant. My two cents! icon_biggrin.gif
