I am going to be using this amazing recipe this sunday...I was just wondering if I made this today (fri) would I have to keep it refrigerated until I use it? Or can I keep it in my basement (which is very cool and dry) in an airtight container? Please help!! TIA!!
I make a bunch of batches at a time and put in a 10Q Rubbermaid container, and store in my garage till needed. It's shelf-stable, so will keep for a long time, as long as it's tightly-sealed. I've noticed that when I get down to the bottom, I tyipically need to rewhip in my KA for a few moments. But other than that, it's perfect . HTH
