Curiosity I would like to know, if u can use 2 Extra large eggs & it equals to 3. Can you do that. Yes or No. Please, Let me know. A Newbie

No you can't b/c egg sizes are determined by weight. Large eggs weigh 2.0 oz. and XL eggs weigh 2.25 oz. So you would be short 1.5 oz. of egg if you did that. Use a scale if you have one. I hope this helps you.
