I love that the BC smooths so wonderfully.
I love that it has almost NO greasy mouth feel.
I love that it is so easy to flavor.
However, mine seems a little "grainy". Am I doing something wrong, or is this just a characteristic of Sugarshack's icing?

grit on the tongue or in mouth is not normal
a tiny bit between the teeth when you chew is normal
I have the same feeling in the mouth with this icing too. I would like to know how to get rid of that gritty feeling. I have had problems of getting rid of the air bubbles so mine is not as smooth. I think it might be the shortening and trans fats or lack of trans fats.
if it is gritty in the mouth, i think the prob in the PS or the shoretnng
