Can someone PLEASE give me a good recipe for mmf. I have used the Wilton Fondant and im not a fan. Altough I find it easy to work with. I am SO NEW at this.

I suggest the Addendum to Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. I also throw in a heaping spoonful of Crisco before melting the MMs. Also, store-brand MMs seem to work better than name-brand.

I stir my powdered sugar in with a greased knife or spatula and only knead it when it's almost not sticky anymore.

Stop adding your confectioner's sugar when the fondant is no longer sticky or no longer picking up the sugar. I generally leave a 1/4 of the bag out of it.
