Last night I was baking WASC, had everything ready to go for the second 12x18 layer, when I decided it was too late and i needed to go to sleep. all the dry ingredients were in the mixer bowl ready to go and the liquid ingredients were all in a large measuring cup (including the eggs). So i covered w/ plastic wrap and popped in the fridge.
this morning the whites of the egg are whiter than normal. I can't bake until this evening after work. Will they be ok?
They were covered and in the fridge-they are fine.
