Check out MBT's. I have worn them both and definitely prefer the MBT's. They did more to solve my problems, rather than just band aid my aches and pains. thumbs_up.gif

I've had z coils for over a year. They took care of my busitis in my Left hip and thigh, but after about 6 months my big toes started hurting again (arthritis) and came to the conclusion the z coils were pushing my weight forward on my toes. So quite wearing them (bursitis is back) Tried the MBT's, but thought they were too soft to walk on and throwed my balance off. Guess I'm just a mess!!!! But I see alot of people that are on their feet wearing them more and more - the z coils.
