Hey all. So at my office someone ordered a cake from someone else ! But.... it had a frosting on it that was similar to buttercream but was less sweeter and was a little thicker. It seems like she used a vanilla pudding on the cake and then the frosting on top of that. Then the cake had sprinkled cherries and nuts on it. hmmmm... any ideas?????
maybe a swiss meringue buttercream/or italian, perhaps they use crisco in the b/c
