I found this recipe on CC and have used it twice. It is very easy to make and sooooo moist, without being crumbly. LOVE IT! Just had to share.

Thanks Becca, ALWAYS looking for great cake recipes.. Im in CA.. Northern.. Corning. up by Red Bluff and Redding. We are being smoked here.. Never saw the sun today.. just an orange glow everywhere.. Boy these fires are something else... Where in Central Ca are you? Near any fires?

bcake1960, I'm right outside Modesto and while we don't have any fires near us, we're definitely getting our share of smoke (and heat!). Try to stay cool. One of dh's co-workers lives in Redding and he said the low the last two nights was in the 90s. YIKES!
