Egg Whites In Carton

Ok I have 2 questions!!! icon_smile.gif

Can I use the egg whites in the carton for the WASC cake??

And does anyone know the measurements per egg???

Yes, the carton egg whites work fine. It tells on the carton how many egg whites the carton is equivalent to. The tall carton equals 8 egg whites, if I remember right, so the full WASC recipe with the 2 cake mixes will take the whole tall carton of egg whites.

Oh thank you! I looked at the carton at the store and didn't see where it said how many eggs were in it! I am so excited!!! I stink at seperating eggs!!!! LOL! icon_razz.gif

I've used them before too! But I started using 6 whole eggs instead of 8 whites. Unless you need a white white cake, I find it doesn't make that much of a color difference.
