Airbrushing On Whip Cream

HAS ANYONE TRIED AIRBRUSHING ON WHIP CREAM? I KNOW THAT YOU CANT'S GET BRIGHT COLORS TO BLEND WHEN YOU MIX THE COLOR W/WC, BUT HOW ABOUT IF YOU AIRBRUSH WILL IT WORK OR IS IT THE SAME THING? PLEASE HELP. icon_rolleyes.gif

I airbrush on whipped cream all the time, because that is what the customer wants. The color fades very quickly. It looks dark when you first do it but within an hour it has faded to a pastel color. I warn customers that if they want vibrant colors you just cannot do it on whipped cream. Sometimes they reluctantly agree to doing it anyhow, sometimes they opt for the buttercream.
