im 15 and i want to get into a good cake decorating school and maybe start a buisness. anyone have any suggestions. i have already finished all three of the wilton classes. im still in highschool so it would be great to find something over the summer to help me with my cake decorating.

Hey Mandy! I have been admiring your pictures and think you have an amazing talent!

I looked for schools in WA and the only one that I came up with was the Art Institue in Seattle. I didn't look too deeply into the classes tho, since it's not really an option for me, being an old married lady and mom to a toddler, but I would think for you it would be perfect. I think it's part of their culinary school.

Lake Washington Technical College has cake decorating classes. I've never taken them so I can't comment on their quality.
