I have been asked to do a baby shower cake, serving 50-60, and she would like to incorporate the bedding. She also likes the idea of a package cake.

Maybe have the blanket spilling out from the half-open package like an open present? The "wrapping paper" could have the designs from the sheet, and maybe the bow could have a crown, or the star wand with it?
