I'm thinking of making dummy petit fours and I was wondering if there was a way to make "dummy" ganache or poured fondant? You know, something that you don't really care if tastes good or not a big amount of it?

Thanks.

If you really just want it to be dummy and last a long long time, I suggest heading to your local hardware store and ask about a can of that platick to coat tools. It comes in a few colors and maybe they can tint it dark brown for you.

Good Luck.
