AHHHHHHHHHhh What a mess, but I must say about halfway through I really enjoyed needing and loved it. But the beginning and the end were soooo messy. I sure hope I don't screw it up when I use it for my son's 1st birthday!!! Any other stories or tips???

and yes, crystalina1977, the second time i made choc mmf and it was a gigantic disaster! 
my first batch of mmf was great and fun to work with, but i think i might stick to good old buttercream dream!!!
My first few cakes were MMF... I panicked the first time I ever made it because it was all over the place and I didn't grease a whole lot
I learned my lesson
And my DH started helping me while adding the powdered sugar and it comes together very nicely...
So he's my MMF helper from now on and he knows it..
