Does anyone know how to modify the baking time and/or temperature when using ceramic mini loaf pans?
Thanks

I saw where someone said they took 30 minutes off of their 60 minute recipe for the mini ceramic loaf pans online... then this recipe was used in the pans for Christmas. I have not tried it as I do not own these pans, but I may try this recipe. It sounds good. Hope it helps:

1 (18 1/2 ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup maraschino cherry
1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons white sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5" loaf pans.
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, sour cream, cherries, and food coloring
Pour into prepared pans.
In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle tops of loaves with mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes for regular loaf and 23 -25 minutes for mini ceramic pans (Should fill 9 mini ceramic pans.)
Cool.
