I've been asked to make a large sheet cake (birthday themed) for all those who've celebrated a birthday in the last month at work. It's for the dietary staff at a hospital. Anyone have any pictures of birthday cakes (large sheet cake) that they could post for a little inspiration!!!!???

I work in a pediatric unit and was once asked to make 5 large sheet cakes to feed the whole hospital, just to say thanks to all the other departments. The theme of course was pediatrics, since the cakes were from us. Maybe you could theme them using food items. Here are my pics, just thought I would share!
