Man she has really made a difference, i was just about ready to give up, i've had some bad experainces.

She worked as a waitress before, so she already knew what it was like to work hard and fast...plus she's really smart, i think i'm gonna teach her to decorate too.

plus our personalities mesh well.

YAY thank God!...it was getting really hard doing everything myself....

I'm beginning to wonder if theres any more like her?...if i had a few more i could take over the world!!

There's no doubt that good help makes all the difference. I've great help and not so great help, and when those busy weekends come around it's a HUGE difference.

I try and teach all of them to ice and border a cake. Even if they can just do that, they are very proud of their "pretty cakes" and I can offload the 40-50 basic cakes we get each weekend and get down to the 10-15 more complicated ones.
