Ok, so most people say, "add your cost + whatever you want per hour + delivery charge"
what is included in "my costs"??
like, if i have to buy a whole new set of cake pans to make someones wedding cake, do i include them in their cost? or would i take that as a hit to my "bakery"?
I think i already know the answer.. (take the hit) but i was just curious and wanted to know what others do/think.

how unique the pans?

rounds/squares -- charge part -- say 10% to this wedding

something that will only get use once is a blue moon or just once -- charge the full thing.

depends upon just how many cakes you will make w/ any given pan.

the more it's used -- the less to charge off to each customer

but do charge some -- it IS a part of your COSTS (overhead)
