hello i thought i saw somewhere on this site the instructions of the topsy turvy cake. it is not the one on how do i? section. it showed the cakes carved and then iced then put together. please please help.

Sarsi posted an instruction sheet here: I think it was awesome, but I never tried it becuase I dont have the guts to do it. You might want to check this out.
