I'm just getting started doing cakes and I have an order for a 3/4 sheet cake. How big is that? And how big is a full sheet? Are there special pans? etc.
Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of a 3/4 sheet cake. I know there's not really a standard size for 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, etc. I've seen a lot of people call a 9x13 a 1/4 sheet, an 11x15 a 1/3 sheet, and a 12x18 a 1/2 sheet. I guess if you made 3 9x13's and placed them side by side then you could have a 13x27, which theoretically would be a 3/4 sheet. I'm not sure the exact dimensions on a full sheet, but I don't think they will fit in a home oven.

I think you'd be better off finding out how many servings they need and going from there.
