I have seen many beautiful pictures of wedding cakes with gold scroll work on top of fondant. How did you pro's do that. Its just stunning!!!!

Pipe the scrolls with royal icing, then paint them with luster dust.

OR you can mix luster dust and piping gel and just pipe it right on the cake.

Now I know the gold scrolling on this cake isn't wedding worthy but ... I did this using RI and painting the gold on the scrolls icon_smile.gif
